Customer takes empty display to the check out or customer service counter

You are provided with a small storage box for the actual DVD's to put behind the curtesy counter

All the DVD's are stored in a color coded, alpha numeric system. The clerk will give the DVD disc and display to the customer

You will receive a telephone call every 30 days to re-order product

You're encouraged to call on our toll-free number if product is need before the 30 days

Every 90 days, ET Video will rotate all the remaining product for a 100% credit and replace it with the newest titles and a new display if needed

You're provided with a credit invoice and a pre-paid ARS tag to ship the product back by UPS

After product is received a credit invoice will be sent out to the store
